Carissimi Vania e Fabrizio,
ci tenevo ancora una volta a ringraziarVi per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l’affetto che avete avuto nei ns. confronti.
La casa ” La Mannera” è un posto splendido, un PARADISO.
La Vs. regione è una terra stupenda, che con i suoi colori magici, i suoi dolci profumi ed il suo cibo fantastico hanno reso la ns. vacanza davvero indimenticabile.
Spero di avere presto le Vs. proposte per opzionare le prossime vacanze di agosto 2011.

Torre del Falco
Hello Fabrizio,
We had a wonderfull stay in Torre del Falco. The location of the house was perfect, short drive from Palermo, city with shopping and the beach. Also very happy for beautyfull surroundings, very peacfull and quiet with nice view to olivetrees and the sea (far away).
The kids enjoyed the garden with possibilities to play football and other fun games + the pool. Adults enjoyed the sunbeds 
We also found the house very nice. It was functionall, made a lot of nice italian food in the kitchen and we slept very well. Housekeeper was good as well.
The guy who met us and showed us around was also very nice and informative.
So – we are very happy with our stay, best house we ever have rented in Italy! Also very nice service from you with calling me to check that everything was ok.
One little minus; the road description to the house wasn’t very logic after we had found Bar Escobar. Maybe good idea to write how many kilometres from the roundabout and down to the house.

We will come back to Sicily, which we found so pleasent and wonderfull. Nature, food, people, everything was so nice.
Next time we might try another area, but hopefully we can rent from you. It was a pleasure.

This year we have had a lot of requests for renting “Villa Saracena” and since the beginning of January it has been booked from June to August.
We offer to everyone wish to came in Sicily and stay at “Villa Saracena” the opportunity to make an option for the next year which will expire on  2010 September the 30th. At this date the confirmation will block the price at the quotation of the actual year, giving you the certainty to have an holiday  “Villa Saracena”.
Offer terms:
•    Payment of the 10% of the 2010 price, not refundable within September the 30th.
•    Payment of a further 20% of the 2010 price, within 2011 January the 30th.
•    The balance 60 days before the arrival date

2010 Prices:
April and October                            € 1600 per week
May, June, July and September    € 2200 per week
