Hello Fabrizio,
We had a wonderfull stay in Torre del Falco. The location of the house was perfect, short drive from Palermo, city with shopping and the beach. Also very happy for beautyfull surroundings, very peacfull and quiet with nice view to olivetrees and the sea (far away).
The kids enjoyed the garden with possibilities to play football and other fun games + the pool. Adults enjoyed the sunbeds 
We also found the house very nice. It was functionall, made a lot of nice italian food in the kitchen and we slept very well. Housekeeper was good as well.
The guy who met us and showed us around was also very nice and informative.
So – we are very happy with our stay, best house we ever have rented in Italy! Also very nice service from you with calling me to check that everything was ok.
One little minus; the road description to the house wasn’t very logic after we had found Bar Escobar. Maybe good idea to write how many kilometres from the roundabout and down to the house.
We will come back to Sicily, which we found so pleasent and wonderfull. Nature, food, people, everything was so nice.
Next time we might try another area, but hopefully we can rent from you. It was a pleasure.

Villa La Coloniale

Lying within an extensive estate of olive and citrus trees, Villa La Coloniale is a perfect example of how functionality and good taste can be combined.
From the private car park (with ample space for three cars) a brief flight of steps flanked by vigorous clumps of papyrus leads up to the simple, but elegant facade of the house. Entering, you step into a welcoming living room with fireplace, furnished in ethnic style. Large windows look onto the gorgeous private garden stretching out behind the villa.
Outside two porticos, one for dining and barbecues, the other for relaxing and conversation, overlook a lawn, bordered by the drystone walls that are characteristic of the area, and with a beautiful azure swimming pool. Views stretch down the next valley as far as the sea.
The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the same level as the living room. There is also a comfortable kitchen, whose huge window floods it with light.

Villa Playa – Marina di Ragusa

Location: PLAYA GRANDE is in Sicily, in a residential village on the beach of the Natural Reserve of the Irmino, in the Ragusa province. The house is located between Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, in the area of the baroccan town of Scicli.
The house is overlooking this long public beach. However the is the possibility of spending the day on a charming beach club that hosts its restaurant in an old fishing boat. Playa Grande is overlooking the natural pre-reserve where bathing and swimming are allowed. The beach extends up to the natural reserve with its characteristic sand dunes and Mediterranean vegetation. Here is allowed to take natural walk but not to swim.
House Description:
The house was recently restored and it is on two floors.
The main entrance has direct access to the garden. In front of the entrance there is a porch to enjoy cocktails and after dinner. The main entrance has also direct access to the Pompeian style painted living room and to the kitchen. Both these rooms accede through a large glass sliding door directly to the indoor porch. The porch has wooden arches and bamboo canes that protect the room from the direct sunlight creating a perfect area for the guests’ lunches and dinners. The indoor porch has direct access to the foyer, the staircase and the first floor bedroom with its ample wardrobes’ area and its ensuite bathroom with large shower. On the upper floor, on the hallway there is bathroom that can be shared by the singles rooms and the matrimonial bedroom. The third matrimonial bedroom, on the upper floor, has a walking closet and an ensuite bathroom. Next to the staircase the hallway through a glass door has access to a terrace. The terrace has a wooden teak floor, bench and oriental style full sized bed.
